Join the Operations Excellence Program (OEP) as a Consultant focused on Service Operations and help clients reimagine how services are delivered in an AI-first world. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead digital transformation projects, implement next-gen operating models, and develop strategies powered by emerging technologies. What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree with strong academic results
- Interest or experience in AI-powered service models (e.g. GenAI, intelligent agents, robotics)
- Background in or exposure to banking, insurance, tech, or consulting preferred
- Demonstrated leadership through work or extracurricular activities
- Willingness to travel across Europe during the workweek
- Strong analytical and communication skills in English and local office language
