About the Opportunity
As a Commercial Systems Assistant, you'll provide second-level technical support for retail and ticketing systems, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers. Based at Longmore House, Edinburgh (with hybrid working options), this fixed-term, full-time role is ideal for a recent graduate seeking practical IT and customer service experience in a heritage setting.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in system administration, testing, user support, and documentation, with training, study support, and generous annual leave.

What We're Looking For
