About the Opportunity
The Klarent Graduate Programme 2025 is a two-year journey designed to shape future hospitality leaders. Graduates rotate between two hotel properties in the UK or Ireland, gaining hands-on experience in operations, leadership, and commercial functions. You’ll be mentored by senior leaders, work on key business projects, and receive structured professional development. The role includes perks such as discounted hotel stays, wellness resources, and industry recognition.
What We're Looking For
- A passion for hospitality and excellent guest service
- Willingness to work in various departments (e.g., Food & Beverage, Front Office)
- Flexible to relocate within the UK/Ireland after year one
- Holding or working towards a Hospitality/Leisure/Tourism degree (by Sept 2025)
- Right to work in the UK or Ireland for the programme’s duration
- Available to start in September 2025
- Motivated to grow and develop into a future leader with Klarent
