About the Opportunity

Join Bupa's Customer Service Contact Centre team in Staines as a full-time Customer Service Advisor. This is a hybrid role offering a starting salary of £27,100, rising to £31,150 within 18 months based on performance. You’ll receive 15 weeks of structured training and support, and gain skills in call handling, health insurance processes, and FCA compliance. With rotational shift patterns (Mon–Sat), robust wellbeing benefits, and clear progression paths, this is an ideal entry point into the healthcare and insurance sectors.
