About the Opportunity

This is a rare chance to secure a place on Ryanair’s only Edinburgh-based Cabin Crew training course for 2025, starting in September. No prior experience is needed—free world-class training will equip you with all the skills to deliver safe, high-quality inflight service. Once trained, you’ll enjoy a fixed 5-on/3-off roster, unlimited discounted staff travel, uncapped sales bonuses, and opportunities to progress into senior cabin, supervisory, or management roles.

What We’re Looking For

Right to live and work in the UK and travel freely across the Ryanair network
Height between 5’2” (157cm) and 6’2” (188cm)
Ability to swim 25 metres unaided and assist others
Hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality
Willingness to work shifts, including early mornings and late finishes
Strong customer service skills with a ‘can do’ attitude
Fluent spoken and written English; able to pass an English language assessment
Passion for travel and meeting new people
