About the Opportunity

As a Technical Support Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining 24/7 service availability across satellite and IT infrastructure. Working a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (including days and nights), you'll provide 2nd line technical support, respond to customer enquiries, and carry out RF troubleshooting and network monitoring. Full training is provided, with opportunities to grow technical expertise and progress your career in a high-tech, fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in IT, telecoms, satcoms, or maritime technical roles
Interest in technology and willingness to continually develop
Eligibility for SC (Security Check) clearance
Comfortable working shifts (days and nights on a 4 on, 4 off pattern)
