Are you a recent graduate with a passion for education, inclusion, and supporting young people? If so, our secondary schools in Wickford are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join their supportive team and make an immediate impact.

This Graduate Learning Support Assistant role is perfect for someone considering a future in teaching, educational psychology, or SEN support. You ll gain hands-on classroom experience, working closely with students who may need extra help with their learning and emotional development.

As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Support students across a range of subjects and abilities, including those with SEN
Work 1:1 and in small groups to boost confidence and academic progress
Adapt resources and strategies to meet individual student needs
Collaborate with teaching staff and the SENCO to provide consistent and high-quality support
Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment

What We re Looking For:

A recent graduate (any subject considered) with a genuine interest in education
A caring, resilient and proactive attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with young people is beneficial but not essential
A desire to make a positive difference in the classroom
