About the Opportunity

Join as a Graduate Software Engineer in the Radar Team, where you'll develop software for high-performance radar systems used worldwide. Based in Great Baddow, Essex, this is a permanent role starting April 2026 with a £34,000 salary plus £2,000 welcome bonus. You’ll be involved in every stage of the product lifecycle—from software design and development to integration and defect resolution. What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software or a Computer-related STEM subject (achieved or predicted 2:2 or above)
Passion for software design, coding, and system integration
Willingness to work on-site 4–5 days per week in Great Baddow
Eligibility for UK Security Clearance with 5–10 years of UK residency
