About the Opportunity

Join HM Land Registry’s Customer Complaints Team as a Complaints Executive and take ownership of resolving complex customer issues. In this role, you’ll investigate complaints, identify root causes, and contribute to improvements across the organisation. You’ll handle challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism, gaining valuable experience in customer insight, service delivery, and complaint resolution—key skills for careers in public administration and service operations.

💰 Salary: £30,948
📈 Civil Service Pension with 28.97% employer contribution
🕓 Full-time, part-time, job share and flexible working options available

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a customer service environment
Confidence handling complex complaints and challenging conversations
Ability to identify root causes and resolve issues with professionalism
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Discretion and empathy when dealing with sensitive matters
Welsh language skills desirable (for Swansea-based candidates)
