About the Opportunity

Join the Fund as an External Affairs Officer and help drive stakeholder engagement and public affairs in a newly restructured communications team. This permanent role offers early-career professionals the chance to:
Support high-profile stakeholder and political engagement
Monitor policy developments and draft impactful briefings
Represent the Fund at external events and build professional networks
Gain hands-on experience across policy, communications, and public affairs
Play a key role in delivering insight-driven strategies that shape national conversations
You’ll be working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow your influence and project management skills while contributing to meaningful societal change.

What We’re Looking For

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong research and policy analysis abilities
Confidence advising stakeholders and writing political briefings
Ability to manage projects and competing priorities
Experience supporting or organising external events
Familiarity with stakeholder engagement and public affairs strategies
(Desirable) Experience with CRM systems and knowledge of the VCSE sector
