About the Opportunity

This is a rare chance to lead the creative direction of WhatCulture Gaming, one of the brand’s flagship YouTube channels. As Channel Manager, you’ll guide a team of talented creators to produce high-quality, audience-driven gaming content across YouTube, social media, podcasts, and the website. You'll combine content strategy with audience insight to boost growth, revenue, and engagement—while honing leadership skills and creative influence within a well-resourced media organisation. What We’re Looking For

Strong knowledge of the gaming industry and gaming audiences
Experience in digital media, especially video content
Understanding of YouTube and social platform best practices
Ability to guide creatives with clear, constructive feedback
Skills in video presenting, editing, or writing
Strategic mindset with data-led decision-making abilities
