About the Opportunity

As a Client Relations Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth and accurate processing of client transactions while supporting financial advisers. You’ll gain exposure to investment and pension products, sharpen your administrative and client service skills, and become part of a professional and collaborative team. After probation, enjoy hybrid working and flexible hours.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year’s experience in an IFA or provider environment
Understanding of pension and investment products
Knowledge of Intelligent Office (IO) systems is desirable
Excellent communication and organisational skills
High attention to detail and professional telephone manner
Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
