About the Opportunity
This 18–24 month Graduate Specialist Programme is designed for aspiring engineers with a technical Master’s degree. You'll rotate across key departments, including R&D, design, testing, applications, and digitalisation—gaining deep insights and operational experience. The programme includes international training opportunities, hands-on project ownership, and structured mentoring from experienced professionals. What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Technical Engineering or related field
- Strong fundamentals in maths and engineering principles
- Industrial internship or early career experience in a technical environment
- Familiarity with CREO and/or other software-based development tools
- Ideally some knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident with a growth mindset
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally during the programme
- Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
