About the Opportunity
The Commercial Graduate Specialist Programme (18–24 months) offers hands-on experience across financial controlling, supply chain, HR, and customer service. You'll rotate through UK and international placements, gaining exposure to strategic and operational work, from forecasting to supplier management. You’ll lead projects, solve commercial challenges, and build a strong foundation for a future leadership role.
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, results-driven, and highly organised
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and internationally
- Strong MS Office skills; SAP or ERP experience desirable
- Willingness to travel within the UK and abroad
