About the Opportunity
As a Graduate Health and Safety Consultant, you’ll support the delivery of major infrastructure and building projects by advising on safety from the design phase through to construction. You’ll gain hands-on experience coordinating PSDP duties, reviewing safety risks, conducting site inspections, and working with internal teams and clients. Arup’s graduate programme offers structured learning, mentorship, and the opportunity to work on industry-leading projects across Ireland and beyond.
What We’re Looking For
- Working towards a third-level qualification in Health and Safety
- Interest or background in construction, engineering, or architecture
- Basic understanding of health and safety legislation and PSDP duties
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Organised, proactive, and eager to develop technical knowledge
- Site experience (desirable but not essential)
