About the Opportunity
As a Trainee in Financial Performance & Analysis, you’ll support the UK Performance Financial Steering (PFS) team in analysing and reporting on business performance, expenses, P&L, and headcount for senior management. You'll contribute to ad hoc strategic analysis, digital reporting dashboards, and operational improvement initiatives. This role offers valuable exposure to senior leadership, key financial processes, and cross-functional teamwork—ideal for those looking to launch a career in financial strategy or business performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree (or equivalent) in Finance or a related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
