About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing Education Recruitment team at Hays. You’ll take ownership of your own desk, manage the full recruitment process, and work with both clients and candidates. Expect hands-on training (80+ hours), exposure to top brands, and support from experienced consultants. With a clear path to promotion in just 6 months and OTE of £30k+ in year one, this is a fast-paced, high-reward environment where your success is celebrated and your earnings reflect your efforts.

What We’re Looking For

No prior recruitment experience required
Sales-driven mindset with a passion to succeed
People-focused and confident building relationships
Strong work ethic and resilience
Full UK driving licence
Availability to work 7:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
