About the Opportunity

This Level 6 Digital User Researcher Apprenticeship is a unique chance to earn while you learn—combining hands-on work with a funded degree in Digital User Experience (UX). Over 4 years, you’ll work within fast-paced digital teams on real projects that influence how vital services are built and delivered. You'll be trained in UX research methods, gain valuable skills in communication, teamwork, and problem-solving, and receive expert mentoring throughout. Subject to performance, the role could lead to a permanent position in the Civil Service.

What We’re Looking For

5 GCSEs (Grade 4/C or above) including Maths, English and ICT or STEM
104 UCAS points at A2 level (e.g., A-Levels BCC or BTEC DMM)
Eligible to undertake a government-funded apprenticeship (UK resident for 3+ years)
Motivated, proactive, and committed to personal development
Good problem-solving, teamwork, and organisational skills
Strong communication abilities and confident using MS Office tools
