About the Opportunity

This is an open application for graduate and placement opportunities within water engineering at Arcadis’ Plymouth office.

Through the GROW graduate programme, you'll embark on a structured 3-year journey offering training, mentorship, real-world project exposure, and support toward professional accreditation. Interns and placement students gain hands-on insight into live engineering projects focused on sustainable water and infrastructure solutions. You'll develop technical and consulting skills while contributing to meaningful projects that impact communities across the UK—and potentially beyond.

What We’re Looking For

Graduate roles: BEng or MEng in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering (minimum 2:2, graduating in 2025 or recently graduated)
Placement/Intern roles: Currently pursuing a relevant degree
Strong communication, analytical thinking, creativity, and teamwork
Interest in sustainable infrastructure and willingness to travel when required
A proactive mindset and passion for solving real-world engineering challenges

Location: Plymouth

Programmes: Graduate (GROW), Internship (10–12 weeks), Placement (12 months)
