Our client, a leading multi-disciplinary property consultancy, is seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their expanding team. With over 300 staff across 15+ UK offices, they offer expert advice in building surveying, project management, valuation, planning, and property management across the commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, and public sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring Building Surveyor to begin or continue their APC journey, working alongside experienced professionals on varied projects and professional instructions, with structured support towards MRICS chartership.

Graduate Building Surveyor Salary & Benefits

Salary: £26,000 - £35,000 DOE (Guide Only)
22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

Graduate Building Surveyor Job Overview

Assist with professional instructions including schedules of condition, dilapidations, TDD and reinstatement cost assessments
Support the delivery of project work including refurbishment and fit-out schemes
Work closely with senior team members to gain exposure to clients and key stakeholders
Undertake measured surveys and prepare technical reports
Build a solid understanding of the full building surveying service offering

Graduate Building Surveyor Job Requirements

RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
Keen to work towards APC and gain MRICS status
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence
