About the Opportunity

As an Apprentice Groundworker, you’ll earn while you learn—developing essential construction skills such as kerbing, paving, drainage, and more. You’ll complete a Level 2 Apprenticeship in Groundworks (plus Functional Skills if needed), working on live sites under experienced professionals. With full support, you’ll build your knowledge, gain hands-on experience, and progress towards a long-term career in civil engineering. Some roles may involve staying away during the week with paid accommodation and subsistence.

What We’re Looking For

Aged 18 or over
Full UK driving licence and own transport
Team player with strong communication skills
Willingness to train, travel, and stay away during the week
GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade 4 or equivalent (desirable)
