About the Company
The Educational and Training Services (ETS) is a specialist branch of the Adjutant General’s Corps within the British Army. ETS Officers lead the design and delivery of military education and training, supporting the personal and professional development of soldiers and officers across all ranks.
About the Opportunity
As an ETS Officer, you’ll play a key role in developing leadership, communication, and cultural understanding within the Army. You’ll teach, train, and mentor personnel while gaining fully funded qualifications, including a PGCE and MSc in Education. You’ll also enjoy diverse postings, with opportunities to work in the UK and overseas, educating both British and allied troops.
What We’re Looking For
- Aged between 21 and 28 years & 11 months
- Bachelor’s degree with honours in any subject
- Minimum 72 UCAS points and 35 ALIS points at GCSE (including English, Maths, and Science or a foreign language)
- Strong interest in education, leadership, and training design
- Capable of passing the Army’s basic fitness assessment
