3. What We're Looking For
- Accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s in aeronautical, electrical, or electronic engineering (or equivalent).
- GCSE Grade C/4 in English or equivalent.
- Age: 21-47, UK/Republic of Ireland citizenship or Commonwealth citizen with a right to work.
- Minimum 3 years of UK residency prior to application (5 years preferred).
- Successful completion of Officer and Aircrew Selection Centre and fitness test.
- Degrees accredited by IET, RAeS, or IMechE preferred (others assessed case by case).
