What We're Looking For
- Strong foundational knowledge of IT and software engineering
- Hands-on experience in Core Java, J2EE, JEE, Spring Boot or Apache Camel (preferred)
- Clear and confident communicator, with the ability to engage across different levels
- Bachelor’s degree (2:1 or above) in Computer Science, IT, or a tech-related field
