Job Title: Graduate Learning Support Assistant

Location: Barking & Dagenham

Start Date: September 2025

Are you graduating in 2025 and looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and inclusive school? This Graduate Learning Support Assistant role in Barking & Dagenham offers a fantastic opportunity to work closely with experienced educators and support pupils across the primary phase.

A vibrant school in Barking & Dagenham is seeking a motivated Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join their team. You'll help deliver lessons, provide targeted support, and contribute to the well-being and progress of students.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in delivering engaging, creative lessons
Provide one-to-one and group learning support
Help create a positive learning environment
Offer pastoral support and encourage pupil participation
Support classroom routines and resource preparation

About You:

A 2025 university graduate with an interest in education
Confident, enthusiastic, and keen to learn
Strong team player with good communication skills
Previous experience working with children is a plus
Passionate about helping children succeed in Barking & Dagenham
