About the Opportunity

This entry-level Sales Development Representative role offers the chance to join a fast-paced commercial team selling training courses in electrical, gas, and Net Zero technologies. You’ll drive lead generation through calls, emails, and LinkedIn, while gaining experience in market analysis, sales strategy, and stakeholder engagement. Ideal for graduates or those with call centre experience, this hybrid role includes structured support, clear progression opportunities, and regular reporting exposure—all within a high-impact, sustainability-focused business.

What We’re Looking For

Enthusiasm for sales and growth
Resilience, drive, and a positive attitude
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to analyse market trends and spot opportunities
Experience in sales, training, or education (desirable, not essential)
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools (a plus)
