About the Company

Savills Earth is one of the UK’s largest energy and sustainability consultancies, offering end-to-end advisory services across the built and natural environment. In 2024, it launched Savills Earth Capital Advisors (SECA)—a corporate finance team focused on accelerating the energy transition through strategic investment and financial advisory across renewable energy and infrastructure.

About the Opportunity

Starting in Autumn 2025, this Graduate Analyst role offers a unique chance to join a growing team advising on high-impact cleantech and renewable energy projects. You’ll support acquisitions, valuations, project finance, and growth equity deals while gaining exposure to live transactions and strategic advisory. The role includes training in financial modelling and the opportunity to work toward becoming a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). You’ll work in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment and gain experience across solar, wind, storage, hydro, and green technology sectors.

What We’re Looking For

Strong academic background (degree-level qualification)
Interest in sustainability, finance, and the energy transition
Willingness to learn financial modelling and project finance
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Right to work in the UK (this role does not meet Skilled Worker visa salary thresholds)
