About the Opportunity

This 16-month Level 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship, delivered in partnership with the BBC and Bauer Academy, offers a hands-on introduction to digital content creation across multiple platforms. You’ll gain real-world experience in storytelling, production planning, content creation, social media, and analytics, with guidance from industry professionals. You’ll also receive training towards an industry-recognised qualification and benefit from career development support from both FirstLookTV and the BBC.

Salary: £22,950 per year
Start Date: 15th September 2025
Application Deadline: 17th June 2025

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking passionate, creative individuals who are eager to build a career in content creation. You’ll need to show:

Strong communication and time management skills
A collaborative, adaptable approach to work
Keen attention to detail and accuracy
An interest in true crime and factual storytelling
The ability to manage sensitive content with maturity
A commitment to learning and completing the apprenticeship

Eligibility Requirements:

Aged 18+ by September 2025
Lived in the UK for the past 3 years
Eligible to work full-time in the UK
Not currently enrolled in another apprenticeship
Must be available for in-person assessment on 31st July 2025
