About the Opportunity
As an Apprentice Joiner, you’ll play a key role in shaping major infrastructure projects, learning practical skills in formwork, carpentry, and site operations. This structured Level 2 or 3 apprenticeship offers hands-on experience, a recognised qualification, professional mentoring, and the chance to progress within the business. You'll be trained in specialist systems, interpreting drawings, tool handling, and safety standards—all while earning a competitive salary and flexible benefits.
What We’re Looking For

- Problem-solving mindset
- Work experience (desirable)
- Level 2: No formal entry requirements, but Level 1 in Maths and English must be completed, and Level 2 exams taken before EPA
- Level 3: GCSEs in Maths and English at grade 4+ (or equivalent)
