Graduate/ Trainee Recruitment Consultant - ASAP Start - 45k

We are looking for high calibre candidates who are looking to get into an exciting new career in recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a 2:1 degree or higher and have sales experience. You will be able to demonstrate you are ambitious and competitive, having played competitive sport to a high level and give examples of times you have been resilient.

£30,000 basic salary + commission
£45,000 OTE year 1, £60,000 OTE year 2

Graduate Recruitment Consultant - The Job Specification:

Building relationships and regularly consulting clients and candidates, to ensure their recruitment needs are met
Maintaining successful client/candidate relationships
Generating new business through business development
Candidate engagement; screening CV’s, communicating and interviewing candidates to establish position suitability
Producing adverts for job opportunities
Hitting/surpassing targets to earn commission

Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Candidate Requirements:

Degree 2.1 or higher from a Top University (not needed if you have excellent sales experience)
Natural communicator
Financially driven (you are in control of your earnings)
Extremely ambitious
Competitive flair (sporty individuals who have competed to a high level)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
