With a focus on the GTM and Sales market, they specialise in C-suite level recruitment, meaning the fees they work on are £30k+. With a commission scheme rising to 45%, you can see just how much you will take home.

- Starting salary of £30k, rising to £32k after your first promotion
- Uncapped commission up to 45%, with consultants taking home an additional £30k+ in commission

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Winning new clients through business development
- Sourcing candidates through Recruiter
- Interviewing candidates and perfectly pairing them with your clients
- Managing the end-to-end interview process
- Handling reservations and advising on market conditions
- Building your network and creating relevant content to your network
- Negotiating contracts and terms of business
The Requirements – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Recent graduate with a 2:1 or above
- Strong work ethic and desire to go above and beyond for success
- Confident in communication with high-level stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
