A leading UK Digital Construction consultancy seeks a passionate and driven Inside Sales Executive to join its expanding team. This is a pivotal role offering a clear path for career progression within a dynamic and growing industry.

We offer:

£28,000 basic salary, £28,000 OTE.

Responsibility
What will you be responsible for:

Driving lead generation, engaging with potential clients, and contributing to the growth of the sales team. You'll build strong client relationships, identify up-selling/cross-selling opportunities, and utilize social media for business development.

Specifically the activities will be:

Client prospecting and new customer acquisition
Identifying new sales prospects from existing clients
Lead nurturing and collaboration with the field sales team
Utilizing social media for social selling
Distributing customer communications
Supporting account-based marketing
Collecting customer feedback

Experience
Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing role is essential. Proven ability to build rapport and nurture client relationships is highly valued.

Skills

Excellent communication skills
Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
Experience using social media for business
High organizational skills and strong work ethic
Confident and professional phone manner
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM (desirable)
Knowledge of BIM and Digital Construction (desirable)
