About the Opportunity

Join Vita’s Innovation team as an Apprentice Innovation Technician, where you'll develop and test polyurethane foams in both lab and pilot-scale environments. Alongside your practical work, you’ll work towards a Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship, earning a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. This is a hands-on, structured pathway to a scientific career with real-world impact, working alongside industry experts and contributing to customer and product development.

What We’re Looking For

Enthusiastic, hands-on learner with a strong interest in chemistry
Minimum qualification to enter a Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship
Excellent attention to detail and willingness to follow SOPs
Able to manage workloads and work both independently and as part of a team
Competent with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook & Excel
Understanding of Good Laboratory Practice is desirable
