About the Opportunity

The 18-month Hospitality Graduate Scheme offers a dynamic route into management in the leisure industry. Based in the North West (Liverpool, Bolton, Preston), you’ll rotate through all areas of centre operations — from front-of-house and amusements to bar and team leadership. You’ll receive 1-to-1 mentoring, hands-on training, and a pathway into the Centre Manager in Training programme post-graduation. What We’re Looking For

✅ Minimum 2:2 degree in any subject

✅ Some experience in retail, hospitality or leisure (customer-facing role preferred)

✅ Flexibility to travel between regional centres

✅ Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)
