About the Opportunity

Join as a Graduate Systems Engineer and contribute to mission-critical technologies in Flight and Mission Systems. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the entire product lifecycle, from requirements capture and systems modelling to design optimisation and customer certification. Expect structured development, cross-functional exposure, and opportunities for UK/international travel as you help deliver the next generation of air capability.

Salary: £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus
Start Date: 26 January 2026
Contract: Permanent

What We’re Looking For

✅ Predicted or achieved 2:2 or above in Aerospace, Systems Engineering, or any STEM discipline

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✅ Collaborative mindset with interest in large-scale systems

✅ Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (typically requires 5–10 years UK residency)
