About the Opportunity
The Finance Graduate Programme is a three-year, rotational scheme designed to develop future finance leaders. Working across a range of finance functions and with exposure to high-impact projects, you'll gain deep commercial insight while studying for a CIMA or ACCA qualification. With a starting salary of £33,000, rising to £45,000 by year three, and access to GXO University’s 46,000+ learning resources, you'll be fully supported to build a successful and impactful finance career.
What We’re Looking For
- A 2:1 or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Willingness to relocate across the UK during the programme
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
