GXO’s HR Graduate Programme is a two-year scheme offering real responsibility and broad HR exposure from day one. Rotating across core HR functions, you’ll gain experience in recruitment, employee relations, engagement, policy, and more. Salary: £27,000 (Year 1), rising to £29,000 (Year 2)
