About the Opportunity

Join Bupa as a Procurement Apprentice (Assistant Buyer) and gain hands-on experience in commercial sourcing, supplier engagement, and category planning. You’ll work across various procurement categories, contribute to tendering and negotiation processes, and support strategic procurement initiatives. The role offers hybrid working (up to 3 days from home), a competitive £24K–£26K salary, generous benefits, and support to pursue qualifications like MCIPS—all within a purpose-driven organisation focused on wellbeing and sustainability.

What We’re Looking For

Graduate degree (ideal)
Interest in/study toward MCIPS or equivalent
Strong commercial awareness
Good relationship-building skills
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Commitment to ethical procurement practices
