Stellantis HR Graduate Trainee
This structured programme offers a unique opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on experience in a large HR team within the automotive industry. As a HR Graduate, you will experience 3 placements within the Stellantis Head Office HR team. During these placements you will be fully accountable for delivering results, both in day-to-day operational tasks and through contributing to key strategic projects. In addition to a thorough onboarding there are various supplementary activities within the programme across the 3 years which include an optional Buddy scheme, mentoring, continuous development training, Retailer week experience, work-based group project & career planning support.
The Graduate programme aims to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of Stellantis HR Team by exposing you to both the customer service areas of the team and our behind-the-scenes operations, with the opportunity to contribute to the growth & success of our organisation. Are you the ONE?
- Obtained a 2:2 degree in any discipline
- Full EU Driving Licence is advantageous but not essential
- HR work experience is desirable but not essential
- Be dynamic, motivated and take pride in your work

- This role is a 3 year fixed term Graduate Programme, without a sponsorship opportunity as a result of which, the successful candidate will be required to have a pre-existing right to work in the UK for the duration of the programme, for the required hours.
