About the Opportunity

Join IBM’s FlashSystem team in Hursley, Hampshire, as a Graduate Software Engineer working on world-class data storage solutions. You’ll develop software that powers secure, high-performance, 24/7 storage systems used by organisations globally.

Working onsite and closely with an experienced engineering team, you’ll receive hands-on mentorship and access to enterprise-grade tools and technologies like C, Java, Python, Git, Jenkins, and Docker. This is a unique opportunity to launch your engineering career in a supportive environment where growth, learning, and innovation are actively encouraged.

What We’re Looking For

2:1 or above in any undergraduate degree
Passion for software engineering (evidenced by personal, academic, or professional projects)
Problem-solving mindset, both independently and in teams
Clear and effective communication skills
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Based within commuting distance to Hursley, or willing to relocate for onsite collaboration
