About the Opportunity

Join BAE Systems as a Graduate Submarines Systems Engineer and work across the full engineering lifecycle of complex, mission-critical submarine systems. This role offers the chance to:

Work with cutting-edge tools like MATLAB, Simulink, Enterprise Architect & JIRA
Support system design, simulation, integration, and optimisation
Gain exposure to virtual modelling, testing, and verification techniques
Develop technical expertise and systems thinking in a high-impact environment
Location: Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria (3–5 days per week on site)
Salary: £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus
Start Date: 13 April 2026
Contract: Permanent
