About the Opportunity

Join P&G as a Sales Graduate and step into full ownership of a major retail account from day one. Based in London or other key UK sites, you'll design commercial strategies, build retailer relationships, and drive business performance. Candidates will attend the Commercial Career Academy (11–12 Sept 2025), a unique selection and development experience culminating in a final interview. Expect exceptional training, tailored mentoring, a £40,000 starting salary, and benefits including a bonus, pension, healthcare, and more. Start dates available from October 2025 through Summer 2026.

What We’re Looking For

University graduate (or due to graduate by end of 2026)
Passion for sales and demonstrated leadership experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
UK right to work from Day 1 (without sponsorship)
Full UK driver’s license by start date
