About the Opportunity
As a Graduate ASE Co-Designer, you’ll join a dynamic team delivering immersive workshops that drive business innovation for leading clients. Based in London, you’ll gain hands-on experience in creative problem-solving, workshop design, and digital collaboration. You’ll rotate through various event roles, from setting up collaborative environments to producing visual outputs and shaping workshop content.
You’ll be supported by Capgemini’s Empower Graduate Programme, developing essential soft skills, leadership qualities, and business impact awareness. This hybrid role offers professional growth, strong mentoring, and the opportunity to make a real difference from day one.
