About the Opportunity

This role offers a unique opportunity for a recent STEM graduate or postgraduate to gain hands-on experience in defence software and systems engineering. Working alongside MOD personnel, you'll help design and implement critical software processes that support 5th generation military platforms. You'll develop technical, problem-solving, and communication skills, contribute to collaborative international projects, and travel for technical exchanges with UK and global partners.

What We’re Looking For

A STEM degree (recent graduate or postgraduate)
Understanding of object-oriented design and software development standards
Experience with Windows development in C# using Visual Studio
Familiarity with web technologies, XML, and SQL
Appreciation of requirements capture and delivery planning
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Confident communicator across technical and senior audiences
UK national security clearance eligibility
