About the Opportunity
As a Graduate Industrial Designer, you’ll join Dyson’s Global Design & Product Experience team in Malmesbury on a two-year rotational programme. You'll spend 12 months in Industrial Design and rotate through teams including CMF, Packaging, Visualisation, and Model Making.
This unique, hands-on experience will immerse you in the full product lifecycle—from early concept to production—developing your creative, technical, and collaborative skills. Supported by expert mentors and structured development workshops, you’ll help define the look, feel, and functionality of Dyson’s future products.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or equivalent
✅ Strong sketching, 3D modelling, and form development skills
✅ Experience with rendering tools (e.g. Keyshot, VRed) and 2D software (e.g. Adobe Suite)
✅ Excellent verbal and visual communication
✅ Creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a strong user focus
✅ Comfortable working hands-on with physical and digital prototypes
✅ Collaborative team player, open to feedback and fast-paced change
✅ Max. 2 years' relevant experience post-graduation (PhD not eligible)
✅ Full-time on-site in Malmesbury (no remote/hybrid working)
