About the Opportunity
As a Graduate Test Engineer in Dyson’s Research, Design & Development (RDD) team, you’ll help test and validate pioneering technologies for real-world performance. From early-stage prototypes to full product testing, you’ll create experimental setups, develop novel test methods, and use advanced data analysis to improve design outcomes.
You’ll join a two-year graduate programme featuring technical and soft skills training, leadership talks, and opportunities to rotate across teams to broaden your expertise. Based full-time at Dyson’s Malmesbury campus, this role offers unmatched exposure to advanced engineering and world-class mentorship.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or related
✅ Technical problem-solving experience through academic or extracurricular projects
✅ Desire to upskill in technologies like machine vision, automation, and AI
✅ Strong data analysis and communication skills
✅ Creative thinker, comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced change
✅ Experience in any of the following is a plus: CAD, Matlab, Python, robotics, fluid dynamics, statistics
✅ No more than 2 years' post-graduate work experience (PhD graduates not eligible)
✅ Full-time availability in Malmesbury (no remote/hybrid option)
