About the Opportunity
Step In, Step Up: Foundations In Finance (London) is a 4-day immersive programme (26–29 August 2025) designed for Year 13 students with a passion for finance or STEM. Participants will explore careers in areas like Investment Banking, Global Capital Markets, Sales & Trading, Research, and Technology through workshops, mentoring, and networking. Successful participants may gain access to Spring Insight Programmes, future internships, and Morgan Stanley’s Future Generation Scholarship.
What We’re Looking For
- Year 13 students with a confirmed university offer for Autumn 2025
- Attended a state-funded, non-fee-paying school
- No prior finance experience required—just curiosity and ambition
- Must meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Free School Meals recipient
- Income support recipient
- Experience in care
- Refugee status
- Caring responsibilities
- Other socio-economic disadvantages (as outlined in the application form)
