About the Opportunity

Starting September 2025 in Bristol, Edinburgh or Glasgow, this Graduate Civil Engineer role places you in a dynamic structures team working on landmark projects like the Transpennine Route Upgrade, M8 Improvements, and Clyde Waterfront. You’ll gain hands-on experience in structural design, analysis, asset management and digital technology, supported by tailored mentorship, a collaborative team environment, and a clear development pathway into a permanent engineering role.

What We’re Looking For

2:1 or above in MSc, MEng, or PhD in Civil or Structural Engineering
Passion for bridge and civil structures, with a focus on sustainability
Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
Ability to prioritise and manage workload under pressure

Location: Bristol, Edinburgh or Glasgow

Start Date: September 2025
