About the Opportunity

Based in Paisley (with travel across Scotland) and starting in September 2025, this Graduate Project Manager role places you at the heart of facilities management projects within Amey’s Public Estates team. You’ll gain experience across compliance, assurance, and sustainability, working closely with experienced project managers while receiving structured development, mentorship, and support toward a professional qualification. The role guarantees a permanent position post-programme, along with access to social impact days, wellbeing resources, and flexible benefits.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2:2 degree in Engineering, Project Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or Design
Full UK Driving Licence (essential for site travel)
Strong organisation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Motivated self-starter with a collaborative mindset

Available to start in September 2025

Salary: £28,500 (subject to 2025 review)

Location: Paisley, Scotland (with site visits)
