About the Opportunity
WSP’s 2025 Graduate Programme in Transport & Infrastructure offers roles across civils, roads, intelligent infrastructure, rail, and project management. You'll join major projects like HS2, Crossrail, and Dublin Metrolink while benefiting from a structured 2-year development programme that includes technical training, mentoring, and support toward chartership. What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking graduates with:
- A minimum 2:2 degree (BEng, MEng, BSc, or MSc) in a relevant subject
- A passion for sustainable transport and infrastructure solutions
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- The ability to collaborate in dynamic, multi-disciplinary teams
- Availability to start in September 2025
- Locations include: London, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, Belfast, Naas, and more across the UK & Ireland.
